Standards and Defensibility
Your OMHAS system is aligned with ISO 45001 and COR/CORE 2020. You do not need a second program to pursue ISO 45001 certification. Your system is already built to those standards.
Your system is validation-ready for the WSIB Health and Safety Excellence Program in Ontario, Partnerships in Injury Reduction in Alberta, the Certificate of Recognition in British Columbia and other provinces, and the major contractor prequalification platforms including ISNetworld, Avetta, and ComplyWorks. This built-in alignment means your OMHAS system supports both regulatory compliance and access to provincial safety incentive programs without requiring duplicate programs.

The Master Index
The Master Index is a concise reference guide of your entire system showing what you have and where to find it.
The Dashboard
The Dashboard is your implementation tool, your auditing tool, and your proof of implementation. One document serves three purposes.
Implementation happens in phases sized to your operational complexity, risk profile, and capacity to absorb new material. Phasing is determined during the gap analysis, never a one-size-fits-all formula.
Phase One is delivered in person.
OMHAS hand-delivers your custom bulletin board with the foundational modules loaded. We implement your first program module ourselves so you see exactly how it is done. We implement the second module with you so you learn by doing.
Subsequent phases are delivered by email at your pace.
If you are not ready for the next phase, we hold. If you need more time to absorb what you have, you take more time. You are always in control of the pace.
Final delivery is in person.
Your completed system is delivered with a formal letter of transmittal and a final review of the implementation status against your Master Dashboard.
Implementation Day is included.
Each client receives a dedicated block of time, scoped in advance based on your need, where an OMHAS consultant works directly with you on whatever you require. A module you are struggling with. A supervisor who needs walked through. A team meeting that needs OMHAS in the room. The day is yours to use.
